2. Use of the Sites

You may use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without express written permission
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Sites
• Use the Sites to engage in any unsolicited marketing or unauthorized commercial activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites—including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, offers, trademarks, service marks, and downloadable materials—is the exclusive property of Southern Showers, LLC. or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

4. Promotions, Offers, and Financing Disclosures

All promotional offers, discounts, and financing terms presented on the Sites are:

• Subject to credit approval
• Available for a limited time only
• Valid only in eligible service areas
• Subject to change without notice

Examples may include but not limited to:

• “0% APR for 12 months”
• “No payments for 18 months with approved credit”
• “Up to 100% off installation”
• “Free shower doors & fixtures”
• “$2000 Off Next Project”

We make reasonable efforts to ensure offer accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Lead Forms, Scheduling, and User Submissions

By submitting a form, requesting an appointment, or engaging with chat tools, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• We may contact you via phone, text, and email for scheduling, follow-ups, or promotional offers
• Message and data rates may apply
• Consent is not required to purchase goods or services
• Submissions do not guarantee an appointment, price, or availabilityYou understand that not all homes qualify for promotional pricing or installation eligibility.

6. Product & Installation Warranty Information

Warranty information displayed on the Sites is abbreviated. Full manufacturer and installation warranties are provided during the in-home consultation and/or contract signing.

Important notes:

• All remodeling products (baths, showers, walk-in tubs, etc.) are installed by Southern Showers, LLC
• Warranty coverage varies by product line and manufacturer
• Misuse, improper maintenance, and non-Southern Showers modifications may void warranty

7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our Sites may integrate tracking, analytics, and marketing tools such as:

• Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager
• Meta/Instagram tracking pixels
• Truvolv AI site variations
• Lead validation tools
• Call tracking and recording services (five9, Hatch)
• Third-Party Tracking Tools Misc.

These tools help enhance performance and customer experience. Usage is subject to our Privacy Policy and each provider’s terms.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and related technologies to:

• Analyze site usage
• Improve performance
• Deliver relevant advertising
• Track conversions and attributions

By using the Sites, you consent to the use of such technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southern Showers, LLC:

• Do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content
• Are not liable for damages arising from site use, delays, inaccuracies, or third-party service failures
• Are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Sites is to stop using them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from use of the Sites or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class actions and jury trials are explicitly waived to the extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern Showers, LLC, their officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Sites
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of content or offers

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance.

2026 Middle Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations

1. To enter, complete an entry form, or the electronic contest entry form online. All entries must be completed separately. Final contest giveaway ends on December 1 2026. 
2. This sweepstakes consists of several thematic presentations. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received from all presentations. Drawing will be conducted by Southern Showers, LLC. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. No purchase or in-home product demonstration required to win. Winners will be notified by mail, email, or Telephone. The prize drawings will be made from all eligible entries. Southern Showers will choose winning entries by random drawing. If any winner fails to comply with these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, or is ineligible to receive a prize, or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the prize will be awarded to an alternate party selected by a second random drawing conducted in accordance with these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations. Southern Showers, LLC shall not be responsible or liable for failure to contact a potential prizewinner who provides incorrect or incomplete contact information. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. In the event that the winner has purchased Southern Showers product that is part of their prize between 01/01/2026 and 12/01/2026 such a prizewinner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Winner may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notifications attempt. Entry constitutes 1) permission to use winner’s names and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law, and 2) permission to be called and texted for advertising purposes through an autodialing phone system. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misguided, illegible, or late mail entries.
3. 2 total prizes awarded. Grand Prize: Bathwraps bathtub or shower, and standard wall package. Standard wall package includes a 3-panel solid color wall system, Moen Positemp valve and Moen fixtures of any color including Chrome, Brushed Nickel, or Matte Black, and 2 acrylic corner shelves. Doesn’t cover additional plumbing or electrical. Bathwraps Bath/Shower retail value is $12,000. Second Place Prize: $2,000 discount towards any Bath/Shower quote received by Homeowner off retail price. More than one winner may be drawn at any time.
4. Sweepstakes open to residents of Middle Tennessee, 21 years of age or older. Employees and their families of Southern Showers, LLC, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are not eligible. This offer is good only in the Middle Tennessee area and subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
